Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Made-to-Order Items

Orders for made-to-order or custom sensory equipment cannot be cancelled once production has begun. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

4. Refunds

If your cancellation is accepted before dispatch, any payment made will be refunded in full using your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
